Odette and her team were perfect in every way, my father's wishes were carried out professionally and efficiently but most of all with the up most compassion. We asked Odette to do a reading for us and she selected an excellent piece of music for the ceremony. All the help and assistance from Odette was greatly appreciated and made a difficult time that bit easier, thank you Odette.

Odette's funeral directors provided an excellent service from start to finish. Odette, Sara and Dan went out of their way to make what could have been a very stressful time much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always instantly available to sort out any queries or concerns.
They were really professional, friendly and reassuring. We cannot speak more highly of them and would not hesitate in recommending them .

In addition to this we would also like to thank Sue Randall, the Civil Celebrant who Odette found for us. She was excellent, very empathetic and easy to talk to. Sue did a sterling job with the eulogy and ensured that the service was everything we wanted for mum.
All in all Odette's provided a service which was second to none.
