Our experience with Odette funeral service was calm easy and respectful. Even fun at appropriate times. They were flexible, so we were able to tailor the service to reflect the life of a true individual.
Lucy Till celebrant was also a joy to work with. She captured the key points of the life of my Aunt and conducted the service with great compassion and respect.

A beautiful funeral service.
Given that it was a very low key affair - as my mum would have wanted - in my view, it could not have been better had it been a state funeral.
It was tastefully done and all our requests were carried out to the letter.
What struck me most was the absolute reverence of the coffin bearers. It was so lovely to see.
I highly recommend this family run funeral service of Calne.
Which I believe showed complete empathy and professionalism from beginning to end.

Odette and her team were perfect in every way, my father's wishes were carried out professionally and efficiently but most of all with the up most compassion. We asked Odette to do a reading for us and she selected an excellent piece of music for the ceremony. Odette's funeral directors provided an excellent service from start to finish. Odette, Sara and Dan went out of their way to make what could have been a very stressful time much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always instantly available to sort out any queries or concerns.
They were really professional, friendly and reassuring. We cannot speak more highly of them and would not hesitate in recommending them .

In addition to this we would also like to thank Sue Randall, the Civil Celebrant who Odette found for us. She was excellent, very empathetic and easy to talk to. Sue did a sterling job with the eulogy and ensured that the service was everything we wanted for mum.
All in all Odette's provided a service which was second to none.
