I have only had to arrange two funerals in my life thank goodness but been to many others where I was involved.  From my experience this was definitely the best place for mum.  She bought a package so choosing and paying for what she wanted.  Luckily she had had the conversation with me about what she wanted.  She got everything she wanted and more with Pooles Funeral Care.  They were professional, caring and meticulous in their support and arrangements.  Nothing was too much trouble from asking for a lock of hair to allowing her little dog visit or if we had wanted he could have gone to the funeral.  The combination of the Co-Op plan and Pooles we had the best possible funeral, cremation and service possible.
