The service provided by the co-op, especially Sam was faultless. To lose both my parents in such a short space of time was very difficult, but not to worry about the funeral meant the world to me, all the arrangements were taken care of and I was kept informed of everything as it progressed.

Ask for Mark, he was the Director, explains everything in a straightforward way, very polite & helped us out all throughout the funeral day. No need to worry, he took care of everything, really genuine nice fellow.

From the very start the funeral care was so helpful and friendly and put you at ease at what was a difficult time. It was lovely to have reassurance and nothing was too much trouble. Sam dealt with everything regarding my late brother's funeral, she was very caring and supportive and explained everything nothing was to much trouble.

There was and still is unanswered questions around my brother's death; Sam Explained what the coroner would do in regards to issuing a death certificate.

The funeral it's self was performed when kindness and total respect for my brother's passing and nothing was too much trouble.  We were very grateful for Sam's help taking the wreath up to Kingscroft.

Fabulous customer service and total respect  for my brother's and family members.
