Everything was professional and compasionate from start to finish. All our requirements were met fully, and we were kept informed about the process throughout. As you all know it was a joint funeral for Alan Sambrooks and Lucy Nichol. Lucy had a yellow coffin which was just perfect, everything went so smoothly on the day and was timed to perfection.Once again Paul and the team were so considerate and we couldn't have wished for anything more. We were so pleased that the co op made it possible to have joint funerals as I don't think that any of us could have done two separate occasions. Thankyou again from all of Lucy's family .

Thankyou for all your support and to Paul and the rest of the team for being considerate and making sure that everything went smoothly on the day. We were given plenty of time to choose what we wanted for Alan, the order of service was just as we had asked and nothing was too much trouble. we stopped outside Haribos for all Alans work colleagues to pay there respects,it was just a wonderful moment and everyone was so happy that this was made possible. The co op went the extra mile to make the funeral as pleasant as it could be. Thankyou from all of Alan's family.
