The guys at the funeral home were brilliant however the telephone call centre handling their calls was extremely poor. On one call the operator denied that the Wakefield home existed and suggested I went on line to find the address for him. At a time when you are trying to deal with the grief of losing your wife you really do not need these responses from the call centre. I have used your service four times previously and I am not sure that I would use you in future.

My father died in Denmark & Co-op Funeral Care arranged the repatriation of his body and talked us through everything that needed to be done. We have no complaints, they were very helpful and sensitive.

Re- Devon Clegg.
Thank you to Devon for caring for my Aunt and for the care shown to me and especially my 95 year old father at this so very sad time.

Due to sad circumstances, my Aunt was under Devon's care for two months and
part of that care included returning my Aunt back to Durham for the Funeral. It
took a lot of planning and communication on Devon's part to different parties
and ourselves, which she did so well.

Devon went the extra mile and it showed and we thank her. The Order of Service and the Plaque on the coffin and the grave marker that Devon helped us
with were beautiful.

Please could our thanks also be passed to Barbara and the Team in Durham who carried out the plan on the day passed on from Devon with care and dignity and continued the care of looking after my Aunt and us.
