Both John and Jess were both incredibly supportive, helpful and understanding in arranging dad's funeral. They carried out our wishes to the exact detail and everything ran smoothly and beautifully on the funeral day.
John and Jess cared for us as a family and nothing was too much trouble from arranging the funeral, looking after dad whilst he was in their care, taking us to the church and then onto the crematorium, to delivering dad's flowers back to mum's house.
We are extremely grateful to them at what was an incredibly upsetting and distressing time in our lives.
Thank you to you both.

Everything from start to finish was done so professionally,I was kept well informed all the time.the staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic all the way through the process. I would highly recommend them.

No communication between me and them.I had to ring to find out what was happening to my late husband a few times. Why Heckmondwike branch put me on to Horbury branch apparently for no reason wasn't a good start and then to find out his body was somewhere in Leeds upset me. When he was cremated in Retford. I found the whole experience upsetting

John and the team were fantastic. Dealing with a death abroad has been challenging but as soon as the details of the directors abroad were provided everything was taken care off, stress free. Everything was dealt with sensitivity and with respect. Many thanks to everyone at Horbury Road.

We met John who was very good and understanding. He organised the funeral and was always available to speak to and if he was not in the office he would return the call immediately. It was good having one member of staff to deal with.  I have no complaints at all. I am very grateful to all concerned at this sad time.
