At a difficult time for our family, the service that we received from Jacksons Funeral Service was excellent. From first contact to last everything was explained to us in a compassionate way. This made it easier for us and took a lot of the worry away. We would like to especially give thanks to Andrew for his help and professionalism. All this helped make the funeral day itself run smoothly and everything went well.

From the outset, I felt I was in the hands of a professional and very caring service.

Having never had this experience, on my own, of arranging a funeral, and particularly as the bereavement was sudden, initially the whole process felt quite daunting.

However, I was guided and supported through each and every step in a very caring, friendly and extremely professional manner. I was invited to phone at any time if I needed anything, and equally, was kept fully informed throughout.

All of my cousin's wishes were respected and accommodated fully, and the result was a beautiful service, with courtesy phone calls, both before and after the funeral.

I cannot praise Jackson's of Silsden highly enough and would thoroughly recommend their services to others. My special thanks go to Andrew Bowness, who looked after me throughout this period.
