From the evening when our mother passed away and we met Andrew, we were immediately impressed by his calm, caring and very pleasant manner. He assured us that we would not have to worry about anything, which was exactly what happened. The funeral was organised with professionalism and sensitivity, down to the last detail. Andrew communicated with us regularly by email or phone calls, keeping us up to date as the arrangements progressed. We felt totally confident that everything would go as planned.
On the day of the funeral we were very impressed by Andrew and his colleagues' calm professionalism and how each part of the service was treated with great dignity. At such a highly emotional time we could not have wished for anyone better than Andrew to guide us through it.

David was very professional in the way he helped us with our sister’s funeral. The advice he gave, the lady he put us in touch with to take the service at the crematorium was excellent. Help received and organization of funeral from the first contact was excellent. Caring and efficient. Everything was well co-ordinated and we felt relaxed and confident that all would be well on the day. Any concerns we had were sorted out and dealt with straight away.

We chose Jacksons Funeral Service when my mum passed as they have a good reputation and are a family business. We were not disappointed. From the very start they were professional, compassionate and respectful. Throughout the process of organising the funeral my contact (Andy Bowness) was superbly organised and at all times considerate of our wishes. On the day itself Jacksons were outstanding with many funeral guests commenting on their professionalism. The passing of a loved one is a very difficult time but Jacksons made the whole process run smoothly. As a family we cannot recommend them enough.
