At what is a very difficult time for families, Jackson's (in particular David Thornton and Derek Craven) were exemplary throughout, they could not have done more to make things run smoothly and exactly as we wanted. They did us and our dad proud and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. From the initial enquiry to completion the service received was truly personal & professional. They were able to remove a lot of the pressure when dealing with a bereavement & were contactable any time of day & night. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Jacksons throughout our recent loss. I always pay attention to detail and was impressed by their work.  This was the first time I have had to organise a funeral and knew that I required some guidance.  Jacksons definitely delivered on all aspects.  The best recommendation I could give is that I will be making arrangements with them for my own funeral.  Many thanks to Andrew and everyone else at Jacksons.

An excellent service all round. Losing a loved one is extremely difficult and, as a family, we were dreading the prospect of organising the funeral. Andrew made the process so easy, he took care of everything, and not traumatic at all. He put us in touch with David, the celebrant, and he actually managed to make his meetings with the family an experience full of laughs rather than tears. The day itself was perfect, and full of respectful little touches. I highly recommend Jacksons.
