The co op funeral care at carr lane in Shipley were wonderful and caring and compassionate when dealing with our beloved Adolpho. Everything was done very professionally and we felt at ease and we were overwhelmed with all the staff and the way they put together the funeral from start to finish. Marie and Joanne were brilliant and really looked after us and were very patient and extremely caring. Thank you so much for his lovely send off. Belinda who organised our funeral was outstanding. She really understood how we wanted thing’s and matched us to the perfect celebrant. Sharon deserves a special mention for the care she took of Suzanne. She made her look beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

From start to finish the funeral was dealt with care and compashion .The service was put together beutifuly and was a true send off for my wife Jenny.We had access to her on several occations and she had been laid out in one of her dresses and jewelry .So thank you again for your compassion in such a painful time for us all.

Marie and the team were absolutely brilliant. So professional and friendly. Due to the fact my Uncle had been in care all his life and did not have many friends or family we were concerned about the funeral. Marie put us in contact with Paul who took my few notes and comments and turned them into a beautiful, fitting service for my Uncle Brian. They ensured it all went smoothly so we did not have to worry about anything.

The funeral director Marie and her staff couldn’t of been more supportive if they had tried they made not only my but my family’s hard times so much easier, loosing my dad under the unexpected circumstances was hard for us as a family. Marie was there for us every step of they way no matter how silly my questions were they was answered, I found this being my only funeral I have ever had to sort out a hard thing to do, but was made so much easier and the compassion by your staff was the best I have ever received they looked after my dad and kept me updated with everything I needed. Making a decision like picking a funeral home is something I never thought I’d have to do but I would defiantly recommend coop to anyone from my own experience. From the moment my partner phoned up because I couldn’t bring myself to do it, to the sitting down and organizing the funeral coop staff and then Marie was such a pleasant to deal with I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and my late fathers heart for everything from looking after us as a family and taking care of my dad every step I can’t thank you enough. I personally would highly recommend the coop funeral family to anybody and I will soon be seeing and making arrangements for my own funeral knowing I would be over the moon to receive the high standard you and Marie give when my time is here to leave this life I know I will be in more than great hands.
