All the care and attention from Carr Lane Shipley was excellent. The first call to Manchester (Sunday) was appalling, automated voice stated it was a priority call but had to wait 20 minutes for answer. I had to ask where I was phoning and did I have the funeral service. I also thought I had been cut off several times as the line just went quiet. I felt this was very poor at such a stressful btime

The CoOp funaral care home in Shipley were wonderful, supportive and guided us through the process. It was hard enough arranging our Dad's funeral (the 1st furenal me and my sister had done) but Marie was very sympathetic and supportive and guided us through the entire process.
On the day everything went to plan and we fely it was a fitting tribute to our Dad and the Co Op were just amazing at making this work as we wanted it. Thanks to Marie & her team at Shipley.

The funeral director and celebrant helped make the preparations much easier than feared at such a difficult time, and the service was conducted in a style of which I'm sure my late father would have approved.

The arrangement from start to finish was excellent - I couldn't have asked for more from either Jo or Marie - they were brilliant - they kept saying that it was their job but those girls went above and beyond - the level of service was exceptional - Nick and the Ceremonial Crew on the day of the funeral were fantastic - they were so smart, courteous and professional - I would certainly recommend them to anyone They deserve an award for everything they did -Thank you all so much

Right from my first contact I was treated with understanding and compassion. I was lucky enough that Roy had organised his own funeral and it was just a matter of making sure that all the I's were dotted and the t's were crossed Marie and the rest of her team were wonderful. I wasn't rushed and was given advce and suggestions to help me give my little friend the best send off I could. I cannot thank the team enough, or praise them enough for making what is usually a very sad day, Lovely
