All arrangements went ahead without a hitch. The actual Funeral Director was kindness itself, nothing was too much trouble for her. Timing was adjusted where appropriate and the relatives and friends were kept informed at all stages. A difficult job, well done.

Lindie at the Knottingley branch was brilliant. Everything was clearly and patiently explained to my brother and I. Nothing was too much trouble, either when we were in branch or ringing with questions
She helped us and guided us around the funeral arrangements and including the flowers, the coffin and the funeral speaker that we were used and we were really happy the my mum (and the family) got the funeral she deserved

Excellent service from the first contact made to the coop.

Obviously this was a very difficult time for us but the manner in which it was dealt with was exceptional.

I would like to give mention to Steven who collected Mum from her home on 24th December. He arrived very smart and came with a great manner under the circumstances.

I would also point out that Nicola who was our contact at the Pontefract office was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything we asked for was delivered in a very professional manner. On the day of the funeral Nicola was there to support me and my family and this was very much appreciated.

My Mum was laid to rest in the chapel at Knottingley. It was here that I had the great pleasure in meeting Lindie. As with everybody who helped organise the funeral Lindie was also superb. She came with an outstanding personality and great sense of humour. She certainly made me feel at ease during my visit.

The coop was outstanding from start to finish and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
