Hi Polly and team. Thank you for supporting us with  our dad’s funeral. The flowers and the Memorial cards were lovely. Even though our service was smaller than hoped for, due to our current situation, it was very personal. Dad’s friends and neighbours gave him a good send off when the hearse arrived. Mum passed away from cancer at a time when covid19 restrictions were in place. This added more upset and pressure to our family. From the outset Edward and his team were extremely kind, considerate and helpful to us all. We had no doubt at all that mum was treated with the utmost care and compassion. All my conversations with Edward and his team left me feeling assured that mum's final journey would be treated with respect and dignity. When my sister and I viewed mum in the Chapel of Rest, we both were left with a feeling of peace. I have nothing but high praise and gratitude to the services provided by EBox funeral directors and cannot thank the team enough for everything they've done for us at this difficult time.

The help and support we were given was invaluable that really helped us get through a sad occasion.
The friendly staff put us at ease and took away the stress of organising everything we required for the day of the funeral.
One of the services on offer was a photo tribute  presentation of your chosen pictures and music that was professionally put together.
A very friendly professional service that i would recommend.

We were very happy with the service offered by the Ossett branch of Eric F. Box. Our mum's funeral was conducted with dignity and compassion from the outset. Polly was very kind and helpful throughout, ensuring that both mum's and the family's wishes were met. We were guided through the whole process, which was very important as we had not had to plan a funeral before. I would highly recommend this company.

Edward was very professional and friendly and patient at all times. On the day of my lovely hubby Clive funeral, Edward spoke in a soft voice to give me instructions on what to do and talked to me the whole time explaining what will happen next.
