From the very 1st phone call all the staff have been amazing nothing was too much trouble. They dressed my mum , hair and makeup to look like mum which really helped the family seeing our loved one at peace . I can’t thank you enough just a few names that I would like to mention Gary Mark Paige Moira for all the background preparations Thank you all . Special thank you to Angela and William who were there for all our family especially myself they both lent me a shoulder to cry on ,and I certainly used their shoulders XX They all truly treat you with love care and dignity Thank you to anyone I have missed xxx

From first contact by telephone on the day my dad passed away the staff were proactive and professional.
They made a difficult time for me as easy as could be expected.
The day of the funeral was flawless... nothing was too much trouble.
