Thank you for organising my Father's funeral. Both Rob and Sue made things so easy and they were very professional throughout, always keeping me informed and updated. They were exceptional through the whole process. I highly recommend the Co Op funeral plan.

The service we received from Otley Co-op Funeralcare was excellent. Rob, Sue and Janine were all kind, patient and very professional. The respect they showed towards mum and towards the family made me feel happy to put such an important day in their hands. I felt supported throughout the process and the funeral itself was moving and right.

The service, compassion and kindness from Rob Tindall and Sue at Otley Funeral Care was absolutely outstanding. The driver of the car was so kind taking us to Mum's funeral service. Rob rang the following day to see if I was ok. They couldn't have done anymore for us. Thankyou so much
