I’m not sure I can put in words my sincere gratitude I have towards rob and his team. I have never had to plan a funeral before and asked my local vicar who advised me to give rob a ring in which I did.
Although very professional it felt like talking to a friend throughout, he came to my house to talk through different plans and advised me on what would be best. He rang between then and the funeral just to check up on me and after as well. He made an awful experience just that little  bit easier. I know if I rang him now he would take time to chat.
