From the start the service was first class, Paul and his team kept me up to date with where they were at in the process. The day of the funeral went smoothly, the flowers were beautiful, they contributed to a lovely day, which I am sure mum would have approved of.

The empathy, care and kindness shown by all the staff and the celebrant was amazing. They all made a very sad and heartbreaking time easier to bear, they stepped out of their way to ensure that everything, every little detail was managed carefully and nothing was too much trouble. Sincere and heartfelt thanks from all of the family for the professionalism and kindness shown throughout .

For personal reasons I didn't attend the funeral service of my late mother but I have been informed that it was carried out exactly as she requested it be and there were no issues and her final journey went ahead just as she planned.
I was telephoned prior to the funeral going ahead to let me know every detail and afterwards to tell me how everything went on the day.
The COOP were very professional, very kind, very understanding and dealt with the arrangements better than anyone could have wished.
I would like to thank the staff at the Garforth office and chapel of rest for dealing with the arrangements and for their professionalism, it is appreciated.

From collecting my Mum from Nursing Home all the way to my collecting her ashes the service was outstanding.
This was the first funeral I was fully responsible for arranging and if such a thing can be said, "It was perfect"

Everything required was done quickly and efficiently and without fuss by the Garforth branch Staff. I was not impressed however with the external pushes by the Legal / Financial arm. The call came too early and no matter how nicely the staff talked I saw them as an intrusion in the more important aspects of organising the funeral.
