The staff were all very kind, friendly and very efficient. In fact, I will be taking out a co-op funeral plan as the service was excellent. Both my mum and dad's funerals have been conducted by the Co-op and I would highly recommend them. Many thanks to Emma in particular.

The ladies at Coop funeral care Whitkirk was amazing!!! They helped me with everything and was calling all the time to check in and see how we all was. Couldn’t of asked for a better service!!!

From the first phonecall to the Co-op Funeral they have been excellent people to deal with, very professional but very friendly at the same time. They were easy to talk to, helping me and my brother deal with our dads funeral. We would certainly recommend them.

My experience of using coop funeral care whitkirk was a very positive one. Every member of staff I dealt with were caring and professional. They were very practical and reassuring helping me to give mum the funeral service she would have wanted. On the day everything went smoothly, just as we'd discussed. Every member of staff I met whilst arranging the funeral treat me with the most courtesy and respect. They were very organised, knowledgeable and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The dignity and humankind shown to myself and my loved one can not be compared. Through the tears of grief I saw a friendship that will last another lifetime.

Professionals through and through. My family and I could not be more satisfied and appreciative of the service we were given.

Great communication with myself and clearly efficient handovers between part time staff. Would 100% recommend and should I unfortunately need to, I would use them again.

On behalf of my mother and my sisters I would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone involved with my dad's funeral care including the drivers and pallbearers. From my initial phone call to being dropped off at the funeral wake by the limousine I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Whitkirk Funeral care.
I would like to place on record my appreciation and thanks to Emma, Tracy & Claire for their humility, kindness and professionalism, nothing was too much trouble. It is hard to single any one person out but I feel I must pay a special thanks to Emma, From my 1st meeting with her she made me feel as though I had a friend to guide me through a difficult time. Her professionalism in carrying out her duties on the day of the funeral was exemplary and I cannot thank her enough for her kind words. Best wishes to all at Whitkirk from my family and myself
