The whole team were excellent. They made a deeply sad situation one that ran as smoothly as possible. Nothing was too much for them. They were all perfectly professional  from start to finish. And I would highly recommend them

Thankyou to Emma, Claire and Tracey for  looking after us after the death of mum. 
They were very caring and professional . They wanted every little detail to be right for mums funeral. Nothing was too much trouble at all. 
They are all extremely good at their job . 
We have used  the Coop at Whitkirk for 2 other funerals in the last 2 years and had the same experience. 
They really do help and support at a very difficult time.

Emma went above and beyond from day one. We had a long wait for the service but the team stayed in touch the whole time and nothing was too much trouble. I’ve never planned a funeral before and planning my mums was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do but they were with me every step of the way and made it as easy as they could. Thank you all so much, your help and support was appreciated and still is.

I could not have asked for anything more for my mum. The team were fantastic very supportive and kept me fully informed throughout. They treat my mum with the upmost respect and dignity and supported me when i came to visit my mum at the chapel. I cannot say thankyou enough and would highly reccomend coop at whitkirk for anyone going through the same experience as our family xx
