Jen, so professional, and friendly, and genuine. You looked after Andy when he was resting with you, with such dignity. Paul (undertaker) an absolute gentleman, and true professional. Karey (celebrant) carried out the service with great compassion, and made it interesting and personal to Andy.

The service we received from the co-op funeral care was excellent. They talked me through everything the girls were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We was satisfied with the service we received for dads funeral and care. Jen Helen and Paul and their team was excellant.
The only  complaint we had was it took so look having to wait for dads funeral day to come around and he was not brought back to the coop s chapel of rest  in Rothwell  till the Friday just before dads funeral on the Tuesday..
