Jane Britton at Co op Funeralcare Rothwell could not have been more caring and understanding. She was really thoughtful and made the whole process much easier. 
On the day of the funeral, Paul the director from Garforth was also caring and kind. 
I couldn’t praise them highly enough.

Supportive from start to finish. Only issue was the opening hours but they managed to be there for us. Now they are open full time with a lovely lady! Paul and his posse!! were amazing and wore wonderful bright ties! Thank you so much and for helping us decorate Les’s coffin !

Ann-Marie at Rothwell office. Excellent.
Victoria at Middleton office. Forgot to enter our appointment in diary. Office was closed when we arrived. Very distressing for us all.
Jeanne Rodgers. Closed Garforth office came over to open Middleton office and couldn't apologise enough for Victoria's bad diary blunder.

Anne Marie our funeral coordinator was exceptional from the start. She has a empathetic approach and gently steered me through the options and requirements.

Paul the funeral director was so patient, professional, kind and helpful on the day of my mother's service.

Anne Marie rang me after the funeral to make sure we were OK and to ask if everything had been go our satisfaction.

I would wholeheartedly recommend co-op funeral service. My mother passed away on Chridtmas eve and they even rang on Chrustmas day to let us know what was happening and what would happen next.
