What can I say, very lovely professional team.
It's made a very sad time for us much easier to deal with, from start to finish. Just one slight issue which was put right immediately. Grave marker only had Mum's name on when Dad's name should have been on too. Thank you for all your help and support x

Absolutely appalling service would not recommend at all . Lack of communication resulting in my dad been cremated without us been informed or me even giving permission to be cremated that day, so never got to leave my dad things to pop in his coffin like we quite clearly stated we wanted to . The stress and anxiety that this has caused me has been through the roof . Bad enough loosing dad as quick as we did and if I hadn't rung the coop the day I did we probably still wouldn't even know he had been committed the day he had .

I have given it an average rating due to organising my dad's funeral day and time and then a week later to be told that time slot had been taken by someone else. Not good when you are grieving the loss of your father and then to have to reorganise everything else eg. Wake, flowers, minister and food

The Middleton team were most empathetic and helpful when organising our Dads funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to painting his toenails in rainbow colours as he’d joked about it with the hospital on the morning of his passing. Joanne and the team even wore colourful ties as Dad always said he didn’t want dark colours at his funeral. They were there to help when we struggled to upload photos and had run out of time. They made sure it happened.

I cannot thank Helen, Catherine,Victoria and Sarah enough for the help and caring support they gave me during an extremely difficult time. They gave me the space and understanding I needed to ensure the most appropriate arrangements were made, nothing was too much trouble and the funeral was a lovely fitting tribute to my auntie.

From the minute I walked into co-op funeral at Middleton at was greeted by Catherine who was so kind and thoughtful, I also had dealings with Helen and Victoria nothing was too much trouble the three ladies we're very professional, I would definitely recommend co-op funeral care at Middleton.
