We have no hesitation in recommending the Horsforth Co-op funeral service whole heartedly  which is run by Debbie and her team.   We have always en-trusted  the Co-op Funeral Services with the care of our loved ones but in the past these were always local and we visited the Funeral parlours and talked face to face with the caring staff but due to the long distance involved this was not possible this time and yet we still received the utmost consideration and were helped and kept in touch with regularly and everything was organised beautifully with such care, kindness and love that we felt our Uncle was being cared for by friends on his final journey.  Thank you to you all.

Jodie and Debbie were amazing from the very first phone call I made right up til the end when payment was made. Remaining  professional but yet caring and so understanding. Jodie was keen to get to know all about mum , which made me feel that my mum was in the best of care and being looked after.
Regular phone calls were made and emails sent in order to get everything ready for the funeral during the public Christmas holidays.
Everything was taken care of and the funeral ran like clockwork. This all makes the grief you are feeling and the planning on saying goodbye to your loved one all a little easier to deal with. 
I would recommend Co-op funeral care Horsforth to anyone who is looking for wonderful service and support during a difficult time when saying goodbye to a loved one.

From start to finish the Co-op Funeral Service at Horsforth were wonderful. They took such great care with our funeral arrangements. Every member of staff we dealt with was professional, efficient and empathetic.
The staff who assisted at my Mother’s funeral were extremely smartly  dressed and the vehicles were immaculate.
All this made what was a very sad time for us so much easier to deal with.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who sadly needs their services.

From the moment we walked through the door and met Debbie it was like part of our grief was taken away. She went above and beyond to help and guide us through mums funeral. She was always on the end of the phone or email, she was amazing. The undertaking staff on the day were also brilliant. Great communication from everyone, the deepest of respect shown to mum and us. The co-op and the staff in Horsforth and Devon were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so understanding ad made an incredibly difficult time much more bearable. They were incredibly professional throughout and I would highly recommend their service.
