Victoria and William were exceptional throughout the process. They paid attention to the little things as much as the main details. Victoria was amazing in her communication and coordination and has been very helpful post funeral in organising/supporting additional requests. We all felt Williams support from our initial meeting and especially on the day of the funeral and when we scattered Dad's ashes.
Just thank you both for making such a difficult experience manageable.

The team at COOP Funeralcare, Headingley were very calm and professional as they helped us make preparations for Mum’s funeral. The day itself went without a hitch and we were able to give Mum an excellent send off. I would happily recommend them.

I can’t thank Co-op funeral care enough. We were looked after really well by Victoria at Headingley branch. She organised everything for us which took away all our stress. Dad had a lovely caring funeral. I would also like to thank Darren and his team who ensured everything went smoothly on the day and looked after us as a family really well.

To the staff at Headingley Co-op, I would give 5 stars for their caring approach andwillingness to do everything right. However, I have given 4 stars because there were proof-reading problems with the obituary notice in the local paper/on-line and the Order of Service. The external agencies sent back incorrect proofs for both documents, which the Co-op staff forwarded straight onto me. This meant I had to spend a lot of time editing to make sure they matched my original requests, which added to my stress in the run up to the funeral. Although the fault was mostly with the external agencies, the Headingley Co-op staff should have proof-read everything against my originals before they sent them onto me. Other people may have neither noticed nor cared but I'm a grammar freak (and my Mum, the deceased, was an English teacher) and it was important to me to get it right. The Headingley staff did their best to get everything sorted out. On the day of the funeral, the respect and professionalism shown by the Headingley Co-op staff was exemplary and I thank them for making it a beautiful occasion.

The staff at Co-op Funeralcare in Headingley were all lovely people, and made us feel very comfortable leaving Mum in their care. Every step of the process was explained to us and they were incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend them. On the day of the funeral we couldn't have asked for better, everything went smoothly and we were all treated with sensitivity and care, as was Mum. Thank you so much.

Coop Funerals Headingley were so professional and helpful throughout our sudden loss of our mother. They picked her up quickly from her residential home, supported us through the post-mortem and helped us to create a wonderful, personalised funeral to say goodbye. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were both personable and respectful. Most importantly, they matched us with an amazing celebrant who gave our mum the most fitting send off we could have wished for. Highly recommended.

Everything handled well except something was omitted from the Order of Service and this caused a little concern on the day.Otherwise excellent.
