I can’t rate the service we received highly enough. Special thanks to Paul he has been such a support every step of the way, myself and my boys have no words to express our gratitude to him, he made a very difficult time easier for us all, this is the profession he is meant to be in. We did Sean proud and so many people have said despite the circumstances it was lovely, unique and very special, this is thanks to Paul (and his recommendations including Scarlett the celebrant) and Gallaghers. I expected excellent service from David and his team, as I have dealt with them on a professional basis in the past. I was not disappointed. They went out of their way to give us a bespoke, unique service for my wife and were quick to understand the send off we wanted for her.

I genuinely cannot thank Gallaghers enough for the care and compassion shown to my family and I after the loss of my father.
Paul especially has been there for us since the day dad passed - his support, professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. (Even sported a tie in dad's football team colours for the funeral!) Nothing was too much.

Would highly recommend Gallaghers to help through these tough times.

 First used in 1997 for Dad & now sadly Mum, their service & professionalism is outstanding, they are all so caring and very helpful, I would especially like to thank Paul for being there from Day 1 when mum passed you were so thoughtful,attentive and caring and put up with my demands, means a lot ❤️

Preparation for Mum, I will not use any other funeral directors.

Our mums funeral was tailored to her wishes, paul was amazing throughout kept us informed and in the loop at all times. The quality of the coffin was beautiful they made our mum gina look at peace. We even thought the prices were very good for what you received the staff were all amazing they made it a very special occasion thank you again to paul who is a credit to Gallaghers as are all the staff thank you, Alf,Anna,Mark and Debs and all the family

Gallagher Family Funeral Directors  arranged my husband’s funeral they were warm, dignified, caring and professional. 


At a time when you are broken, David and his team carefully carried us through the whole process and made sure everything was managed beautifully.

The team supported us and provided us with a dignified, personalised and fitting service for my wonderful husband who I miss every day.

On top of that, Michelle was incredibly gracious, warm and kind to our family.

From the first call to Sam the whole experience arranging the funeral was excellent. It didn't matter how many times i called i felt it was ok to do so. They explained the processes. Paul was the funeral director and when i was distressed called the coroner for me. The coroner called me back within minutes then Paul called me back to check not only that the coroner did follow up but that i was ok too. I felt they went above and beyond what i expected. They arranged the flowers which were beyond expectations and Sandra the celebrant truly delivered a eulogy that made the funeral a positive celebration of mums life and so many commented how they would like a similar service. Thank you Gallaghers.

The funeral went exactly as we had planned. Whenever I contacted them to check details or ask questions, I received a response within a couple of hours.they were respectful, helpful and attentive and gave advice when needed. They couldn't have done any more.
