The family and I were very pleased at the way Simon made arranging the funeral for Billy as easy as possible.  It was a stressful time for all the family and Simonrealised that we needed his expertise to have thekind of funeral we wanted and felt Billy would have wanted.  It was a comfort that everything went so smoothly.

I have never organised a funeral before and it couldn`t have gone better with Simon`s help.. My Mum had a Golden Charter plan in place which was a great help but everything went well from the `Order of service`, flowers, minister and Oakworth crematoruim.
