Just a quick note to say a big thank you from me and the rest of the family for your contribution to what was a very memorable occasion for all the right reasons.

Judging by the many comments immediately after the service and later at the rugby club from the many and various who attended, the organisation, content and delivery was spot on.

The whole of the day was the exactly the type of occasion that Fred would have loved and I’m sure he was there with us in spirit throughout.

Ray was very much looked after at Knowle house, for me this special team that attended to Rays needs and funeral went above and beyond. It was a very dignified funeral - I was kept up to date with everything. Simon and his Team did everything to ensure Ray went on his final Journey in a beautiful and peaceful way.

Thank you to everyone at Knowle house for making a heart breaking day for me a special one.

Simon and the whole team helped to make the most difficult time of my life that little more bearable.
Simon checked in regularly and assured my many anxieties were put at ease as well as updating me on every step of the procedures that needed to be carried out. He accepted my many, and some may say strange, requests without question and made me feel my dad was really being looked after while I couldn't be there. The actual funeral was beautifully executed and that's thanks to Simon and his team. I honestly owe them the world for what they have done for myself and my family.
