Simon and his team were so helpful and supportive. Simon was clear and sensitive from the early stages of planning, right through to the service (and even after as well). On the day of the service, the team were impeccable and the whole thing far exceeded our expectations. We would, and in fact, all ready have highly recommend them.

Shaun Roberts was the funeral director assigned to us. When we learned that my Auntie Fanny (Fran) Atkinson had passed away I was not available to attend when my Auntie's remains were taken from her Care Home to The Knowle Chapel of Rest, Keighley. This was because I had just had an operation myself. Shaun arranged for her to be moved on my behalf. Shaun then attended our home and helped us decide the funeral arrangements, making some very good suggestions, which we might not have thought of otherwise. He made all the arrangements very thoroughly and on the day everything went to plan. We were made to feel very special thanks to Shaun and all the team at the Knowle behaving in a very professional, respectful way and and at the same time managing to inject a very friendly approach towards us - nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend your services to anyone having to arrange a funeral.

Wonderful attention to detail, easy to deal with and help and support with all the arrangements. Collected Dad’s ashes today after his funeral/cremation on Thursday last week. 
Professional, kind, thought provoking individuals the team are exemplary.  The family was treated with kindness and respect all the time. 
Our Dads last wish was to give the staff something to have at brew time! (He was a builder after all) so delivered this today. A strange request I know but following his wishes was important. All done now except the grieving, I cannot recommend their service highly enough; thank you seems so inefficient!

Everyone was very professional but also we felt that we were treated in a personal and friendly way. Everyone we dealt with had a caring and compassionate manner.

I have used The Knowle in Keighley for the last 3 family funerals - and I have to say the service received has been fantastic - the staff are friendly, sympathetic and nothing is too much trouble.

My father-in-laws funeral on 16/02/2022 was carried out under very difficult conditions - the weather was very windy and raining, also the chapel where we held the service was small and the entry was very tight, but they handled it fantastically. Then when it came to the burial the weather conditions were horrendous but again, 100 professional and caring.
