The very personal service I received from the staff at The Knowle, particularly Sean and Alison, was absolutely what you would wish for at a time like that. They made the service exactly right for my husband, and allowed me to make his funeral a fitting tribute to him.

On the day of the funeral everything went as we had planned it ,Philip was presented well in his RAA blazer and tie he looked very smart. However I did feel that there could have been more contact with the family prior to the day of the funeral.

Unfortunately this is the second time in 5 months that I've needed the services of a funeral home. Because of the level of service offered with Co-op Funeral Care at their Keighley office at the first funeral I had no hesitation in engaging with them for this funeral. Once again they were sensitive to the needs of the family, dealt with everything professionally and kept us informed at all stages. It is especially nice to see the follow-on care in checking that everything went well and arranging a convenient time for us to collect the ashes.
