Organising a funeral is an overwhelming situation. The Knowle provided an excellent service and made clear the options available to us with no pressure.  The team and Simon in particular were the right level of friendly, courteous and professional at all times. We were kept fully informed of the progress of the arrangements and they made the whole experience so much less daunting.

Understanding the situation and our particular circumstances (based overseas in New Zealand and needing to make arrangements quickly) Sean empathy and support was fantastic.

The ceremony itself was conducted in an extremely respectful manner. There was a little mix up with the photo tribute and arrangements for visiting the casket but in view of the short time available for making arrangements these were understandable and did not detract from the overall ceremony.

Sean's personal follow-up and continuing support post ceremony in collecting and providing us with the ashes is also worthy of note.

The support both leading up to Dad's funeral, the day of the funeral and the aftercare were nothing short of brilliant. Shaun and his team were attentive and professional throughout the sad time and made it easer for the family to come to terms with the loss of our Father.

We were not able to attend the funeral due to my disability so we have agreed to pay for a video Not one mention of me was made during the service but a lot of rubbish was read out provided by a third party As the mother of my daughter who died I consider it disgusting

Shaun was fantastic. So compassionate and understanding. It’s such a heartbreaking time organising your mothers funeral but he helped us through step by step and did so with such professionalism. He answered every question and never made it feel like anything was too much trouble. My fathers passed away 1st December 2022 from that day the Knowle did everything to make my dad comfortable and they was always there when we needed them and they also did the same for my late mother.
Shawn looked after us and always kept us updated to what was going on and what we needed to know he was very caring because of that it made us feel more relaxed.
