On the death of my beloved wife Shaun and his team went out of their way to make the funeral of Sheila as easy as they could for me and my family. they are superb. I would say they are the best.

The whole process was made easier by the very caring and supportive staff. They were very professional and courteous towards us at a very upsetting time, and everything went smoothly and very dignified. We couldn't have wished for a better send off for our mum, and would highly recommend The Knowle to anyone who wants a traditional funeral for their loved one.

This is the 3rd time I have used Co-op Funeralcare - The Knowle, Keighley.
The most recent funeral they arranged for my late father was dealt with sympathetically and with professionalism. This would have been an excellent, if it hadn't been for the fact that flowers had not been put in the hearse with mum. When the flowers had been delivered to the funeral home, the information had not been passed on to the relevant person meaning that we had to detour back to the home to collect them. A small, but significant lack of communication.

Fantastic service from the knowle Simon was caring and attentive throughout our visit booking the funeral, he explained everything fully and assisted with filling in the many forms.
He explained the different options along the way and listen to the story about dad's saying "everybody needs an irvin" he ensured that my dad was cared for with dignity and kept in contact with us throughout.

From the first call we made, the arrangements and the service their care and attention to detail was outstanding. Piers, our celebrant did a fantastic job, as one family friend said later, if anyone hadn't known him well they would have left feeling they'd known him all their life.

On behalf of our family we would like to express how amazing Simon and the whole team have been at The Knowle. From our first meeting with Simon we knew as a family that both ourselves and our loved one was in the best care. Simon was patient and kind and guided us through the funeral process, always at the end of a phone and reassuring us that our loved one was being treated with care and dignity. The attention to detail with the funeral arrangements were outstanding and the support which Simon gave to our entire family during this difficult time was invaluable. Simon helped us to create a very unique and personal funeral for our loved one and made a very difficult time, that little bit easier to get through because we knew we were in the best hands. Simon could not have looked after us any better. From our first meeting he was kind and compassionate and guided us through every aspect of what we needed to do. He was understanding and we never felt rushed or pressured. He was thorough with great attention to detail and the funeral was everything we could have hoped for with Felicity leading the service brilliantly.

The funeral was beyond perfect. Simon Jagger who conducted and planned everything made the whole process very stress free and went above and beyond for our family, making a super hard time a lot more comfortable.
