Highly recommended. Thanks to all the team but especially to Devon who guided us through the process sympathetically and professionally. All our requests were met and suggestions and advice were made which was most helpful. The service for our Mum was just what she had wanted.
We are so very grateful to you all that we were able to celebrate Mum's life this way.

The kindness they showed dealing with my mums funeral was really good. They made it more bearable help with decisions to be made. Kepted in touch with what is happening it was a slow process but that was because of Xmas and bank holidays. After the funeral they called a few times which was lovely to see if needed anything u can tell they care thank you

Right from the first call to the call day after the funeral to see how I was and how the day went was just so lovely. So caring and sensitive all way through each process and it was so smooth and they looked after my mum in the chapel of rest. 
On behalf of my family it was a beautifully done funeral

From our first meeting right up to the funeral, everything went smoothly and this was because the funeral directors were well organised and very respectful of our situation. A first class service!

Everyone was so kind and caring. Nothing was to much trouble. Devon was brilliant on the day as she ushered everyone into the Crematorium. She also looked after us and ushered the mourners out so that we could have a few minutes to say goodbye to my brother.

I have used co-op funeral back in 2002. The service was as high then as it is now.

They were very supportive at such an awful time.

Most of the service and care we received was excellent.  Staff were caring and efficient.

The only reason it dropped to very good was that I had to go twice to collect the ashes as a telephone instruction I’d  made was overlooked.
