From contacting the evening Paula passed. The professionalism of all your staff. The fact that they stated they would now look after mum.
The team that phoned us in the following days didn't push us or feel that we had to make decisions.
Alicia who went the extra mile so we could get the photo sorted. And even went out of her way to look into something else.
As a company your staff are so amazing and look after families. Thankyou so much as neither of us have done this before. But now we know that if we are in this position again the whole process is going to be made so much easier.As David said the only down side was been driven by Judith to golf club. But as you know that was a brilliant touch for us as a family. And that is what you do think about the families

Helen,Dee, Elisha you’ve been fantastic keeping in touch with us throughout the 3 week you cared for John. Also all the staff we don’t see. We wouldn’t have picked anyone else but Brooke’s to do this

Can't praise them enough.
Mum's funeral arrangements were perfect.The chapel of rest and the tea room facilities were of a very good standard.The appointed Celebrant Nikki was very caring & professional as were the caterers who served us in a professional and friendly manner. Our sincerest thanks to everyone's efforts. Truly a very caring & professional team. I would 100% recommend this company.

We have used George Brookes now for a number of family funerals and they have never disappointed. They really do care and ensure that everything is taken care of and that whatever your wish, they can grant it. 
Excellent staff, lots of empathy and compassion which is what you need.  
Helen herself is fabulous at what she does and is an asset to her local community, I cannot recommend enough xx

From our first contact on my father's passing to receiving our bill the service provided has been brilliant at all times. All the staff are helpful, professional and caring, nothing has been too much trouble and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is the first experience of using a funeral director and we are so pleased with the service and expertise we received from all the staff at George Brookes. We had so much care and support from everybody. I would highly recommend this wonderful family run business to anybody.
