This is the third occasion that George Brooke Ltd have arranged funerals for my family. They have been consistently professional, helpful and considerate to our needs. From prompt attendance to discuss the initial arrangements, through to helpful advice and liaison with other agencies on our behalf, Helen, Judith and all the staff have inspired confidence and gone out of their way to ensure that proceedings ran smoothly.

I would have no hesitation in using their services again, and recommend them most sincerely.

I honestly don't know how to thank the team enough.
Kirsty you looked after me and Joe so well and I really did feel looked after
I really had no idea what to do and your advice made it easier and I will always remember that
Helen thank you for looking after me on the day you were great
Claire seeing you at reception your manner and tone was supportive and understanding.you are in the right job.
Lastly for people considering you it felt like it was more than a job.
Inwould highly recommend you all as you had the human touch at such a sad and difficult time.

Thank you to Helen and all her team who made the funeral very bearable. I feel we had to arrange "a wedding in a week" and managed -  with lots of hand holding from Helen to give my father a fabulous send off that he would have been proud of. We have used George Brookes before. They are efficient, communicative, informative and thoughtful. They clearly know their onions and are extremely helpful in all areas at this difficult time.They understand.

Having never arranged a funeral before but also wanting to do my Dad proud, I found Helen and Judith and the team both highly professional, very helpful and compassionate. They made the whole experience has pleasant has it could be and on the day they were absolutely fantastic. I will never forget how they looked after everyone and made my little boy centre stage at his Grandad's funeral. Grandads little mascot. Has funerals go I think we had a great day celebrating my dads life and G Brooks played a massive part in that. Thank you so much.
