Thank you so much for your support during our difficult time of loss, particularly at this unpredictable time in the life of our country, when decisions about what is permissible at a funeral have been changing.

Thank you for seeing how things were going and for helping us to celebrate my Mum's life within the constraints. We are so grateful that ten family members were allowed to be present

Blessings as you continue to support families who will not even be able to attend the Crematorium.

Helen and the staff were excellent. Went over and beyond as things were changing daily due to the Corona Virus situation developing.

Only negative was this funeralguide site they referred me to for internet donations and memoriam to my wife. Found this site commercialised, unpersonal - my wife never was a number, and tacky.

Hence having to produce my own site Lynn-Moxon.info

From the initial phone call, this company have been professional in every way. Made to feel so at ease straight away when visiting their premises, they showed compassion and understanding in the most difficult of times, and made the whole process so much easier than I envisaged it would be. Everything went to plan and mum had a lovely send off. A big thank you to Helen and all her staff, I can’t thank you enough.

Judith, Helen and their team guided us through the the arrangement and choices for my Father's funeral. It was done in a caring and supportive way and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. They acted in a very professional and respectful manner and helped the family say goodbye to a very dear husband, father, Granddad, great Granddad and brother. Brooke's provide the most professional service to families, they are dedicated to making a difficult time flow as easy as possible. They take a huge weight off families shoulders. From the moment I met Helen I knew my husband was in the safest of hands. Helen explained everything and also came up with more personnel suggestions when I was struggling, she is amazing. Also Christine the celebrant that Helen recommended was wonderful. Her attention to detail and they way the service was delivered, it was as though she knew my husband personally.
Everyone at George Brookes were wonderful, so caring and supportive at this difficult time. The day was made a little easier knowing these people were looking after everything. Thank you all especially Helen for making the hardest of times a little easier. Words don't seem enough, a really big Thank You, Love Karen x x

Kirsty of George Brooke was very good, listening to what our Aunt’s requirements were and subsequently providing a smooth service from initial contact with bereaved family through to completion of the cremation. Ably supported by Reverend Lesley and the George Brooke ‘on site’ cremation team. Well done!

From the moment Judith met us we felt as ease, our thoughts on the arrangements were taken on board and suggestions from Judith helped us to make the service and day a true celebration of Robert's life, nothing was too much trouble, Judith even advised me of things I had no idea about communication with all the team was on a professional but not "stuffy" manner, Judith took care of all the family at the service and helped and guided us. I can not praise George Brooke's enough, thank you seems such an inadequate way of saying how we truly feel.
