Staff were polite, understanding, supportive and very appropriate in their organisation of my late aunt's funeral. The team managed to navigate continuously changing guidance (Covid-19 restrictions) and provide an excellent service. Very impressed with others recommended by George Brooke too, the reverend was very supportive and professional. The flowers were just wonderful.

George  Brook Ltd offered really good service in arranging my mum’s funeral. All the Staff were very efficient & really went the extra mile to make everything go as smoothly as possible during these really difficult times.

We have always used them for our family funerals for as long as I can remember (I’m in my seventies) & have always been provided with first rate arrangements. 

They are a family run business & a pleasure to deal with in what is of course a hard time for the bereaved. I would recommend them to anyone.

Under the circumstances I think the funeral was as good as it could have been. Offering the outdoor service worked well for our family thankyou for offering it Its something maybe that could be explained better initially as I had a vision of everyone clapping outside and that wasnt the case it was only when celebrant explained that I understood Thankyou very much

Helen did an amazing job in the current situation. She did everything that we asked for within the guidelines . It was very personal . I cant thank Brooke's enough for doing everything in our hour of need . Helen arranged the whole thing even down to the flowers which was perfect . If you want a number 1 service when you feel vulnerable then these are the ones to choose great family service .thankyou once again helen xx

So grateful to Helen and the whole team for their care and compassion arranging my aunt’s funeral during the Covid19 restrictions. We were concerned that it wasn’t going to be a personal, loving service, saying goodbye to an important member of our family, but it turned out to be really beautiful and tasteful, and the Webcam broadcast meant that the family in Italy and Scotland were also able to view the service live.
