Mum's funeral was a day we never wanted to contemplate happening, but it did, and we are so glad we chose George Brooke Ltd. Their care of mum and us as a family was second to non, they were exceptional. The whole team were so supportive, caring, understanding and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them and we did make quite a few last minute decisions/changes to get things just right for mum. To be very honest mum's funeral was a lovely day, very fitting for a lovely lady.

Very grateful we chose George brooks for the service. Outstanding throughout , nothing too small and everything we asked for we got . The advice on certain thinks as ever from Helen was great and the colourful coffin ( which they’d only done one with a couple of photos on ) was beautiful. You never want to have to use establishments like George brooks but I’d not use anyone else !!

The staff at George Brookes are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble no matter how big or small you think your ask is. Judith and Helen are wonderful ladies who not only make sure they know all about they person they are looking after even though they have passed, they take time to get to know the family and offer lots of support during the saddest of times. All the team are kind and supportive and are a credit to Brooke's. I do not have the words to express our thanks for how they supported us through the funeral from set up to the day. If you are looking for a funeral directors that are kind, caring and compassionate then this is the company for you, they are a family business that offer a first class service. Thank you to all the staff for a professional personal service, you made the saddest of days as special as can be in such sad circumstances.

The service I received was excellent. Everyone was very efficient, caring and supportive , whilst still being  sympathetic.  
They understand what a stressful time it is and try to ensure that the decisions you make are not rushed and the right ones for you and your loved one, occasionally suggesting things I had not thought about, but was grateful for the suggestion. 
Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
I could not have asked for more.
I would like to thank Judith and all the staff I dealt with. They were all very professional and caring, and  I really appreciated it at such a difficult time.

They were very understanding about problems my son was having, when trying to get back into England for his father's funeral.

I was kept fully updated on everything that was happening. All staff were very helpful and pleasant when contacted. I wasn't pushed to purchase anything I did not want. They also took a lot of pressure off me and arranged the flowers and venue for the funeral buffet.

The team at George Brooke were fantastic, everyone I dealt with was polite, helpful, kind and sympathetic. They made an awful situation as easy as possible to sort out, and were always happy to answer any questions, whether sensible or not. 
Having never organised a funeral before, it felt very daunting, but Helen and the team helped me through the process each step of the way, gently and kindly, respecting our particular needs as we went. 
My grandad insisted we use George Brookes for his funeral……now I know why, we cannot praise them enough for a professional approach, with kindness and care at the heart of everything they do.

I cannot praise the service I received from George Brooke highly enough. From the first meeting with Helen who put everyone at ease and explained everything simply and took all the weight of the organisation away from me. From the moment you have to make that first phone call you know you're in safe hands. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, compassionate, respectful and professional. We were guided along every step of the arrangements that had to be made and could seek advice at any time. On the day of the funeral, Helen and her team were with us throughout, calmly steering us through and always on hand.
