Can't stress enough, what an excellent service was given by George Brookes for my fathers funeral. Helen, was understanding and caring from the word go.

Her professionalism throughout was noted by several people, not just from the family who had to organise the funeral. The people who work in their office were very understanding and lovely to deal with.

Would highly recommend using them. Will definitely be using again, though hopefully not in the near future.

I would never use anyone else. They have taken care of both my mum and dad's funerals over the last couple of years and both have been fantastic.
The service is professional from start to finish but with such a down to earth and real feel.

I never thought I would ever after to ask George Brooke to implement a funeral for my daughter Georgia May 
Helen was absolutely amazing to which made this transition glide with ease
 Georgia was only 26 years old and they ensured that Georgia received the highest quality of care 
Dignity was maintained from collecting Georgia to preparing her to meet her mum again 
Helen she looked beautiful 
Helen from day one on our initial meeting all the way through to Georgia Day , you showed true empathy, dignity and respect to my baby girl to which i can never thank you enough 
The service was impeccable the standard of service was out of this world 
You listened and respected us a grieving family and gave your time and patience throughout.
You definitely ensured Georgia was - 
Lights camera action !
She will be dancing in the sky and singing in the Angels choir
Also i would like to express reception staff ... especially Dee was amazing she gave reassurance throughout and totally understand
Clear communication to which i could understand and digest 
I would definitely recommend
George Brooke to anyone who was seeking a service

Staff at Brookes were extremely supportive before during and after my mum's funeral. Excellent, professional service. Mums funeral was dignified,just as she would have wanted it. Staff rang and kept family informed every step of the way, staff could not have done more.
