Everybody that we dealt with from George Brooke’s was amazing. I phoned up initially and spoke with somebody who was so considerate of our situation and understanding. Then Judith came to visit us at home and we really felt immediately comfortable with her and at ease. She talked with us like she was one of the family and that was lovely.
On the day everything was so professional, everyone was so kind, Judith looked fabulous but told my daughter she looked better 😍
Behind the scenes and over the phone, Dee dealt with us and was equally caring and considerate.every time we spoke.

Dealing with Helen and the team was made easy by their professionalism, tone and manner with which they handled both face to face and on telephone calls.

The whole organisation of the event was just right and the recommendations made to involve the celebrant Paul Simpson and have the wake at the Black Horse Clifton couldn't have been better. The feedback from everyone who attended was that it was pitched perfect and did our dad proud.
