My family have used George Brooks for years and it was my mothers wish that we should use them too. Everything was so organised and professional, but all the staff are very helpful, kind and considerate and very patient too. Nothing was too much trouble and every step of the way they were there to assist myself and my family with the arrangements to make sure that my mother had a wonderful funeral.
Helen and her family are amazing and always go above and beyond. Everything was made so personable and myself and my family cannot thank Helen and her team enough. My mum would have been so grateful too

Thankyou for making a very difficult time a lot more easier to bear .All was catered for, and all questions and arrangements were handled in a very professional manner .The service was what we wanted with approval I'm sure from our Dad the reading was very well delivered and covered the aspect's of Dads life .

Helen, Dee and Team have supported us from the moment my mum was taken suddenly into end of life care in Northumbria. They understood that I wanted to get my Mum back to Yorkshire ASAP, and swiftly fulfilled on this. As this is the first funeral I had to arrange, Helen and Team helped us through every step of the process, offering guidance and empathy along the way. Many of the funeral guests commented on how lovely the service was, and I do agree it’s the closest we could have got to accurately representing her wonderful life. Helen was a tower of strength to us as we sorted out mum’s funeral arrangements. She responded promptly to messages and emails and kept us informed at every stage. Helen’s expertise was evident as she cheerfully encouraged us in the tasks we had to do. 
Staff in the office were also professional and experts in their own fields. They were always polite, friendly and eager to help.
The whole experience made losing our mum more bearable.
