From the start I felt we were in capable hands. Helen is a wonderful person. She knows exactly what to say and is very empathetic. At the most distressing point in anyone’s life she is an absolute force of nature and she made everything so easy. As did all the staff I dealt with…..Dee, Elisha and all the team. They are superb at their jobs and so kind and patient. 
I cannot thank you all enough for your hard work and dedication to giving my Dad the send off he deserved.

Helen, Dee, Kevin, Paul and the rest of the team at George Brooke could not have been more helpful or supportive right from first conr=tact with them until well after the funeral. They checked on us, gave lots of time to talk, listened patiently and helped with useful advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I know it might seem funeral directors are expected to be kind and supportive at these difficult times, but I believe that as a small family firm they went the extra mile to make my Dad's funeral memorable.
