Having regrettably used other funeral directors in the same year I cannot fault Brooke's professional approach and caring nature when dealing with the funeral of our relative..their utmost care with this situation remained paramount throughout and we felt totally involved in all aspects of the arrangements , even down to warnings about traffic building up on the day of the funeral. I can highly recommend them to anyone who would like to use a family run caring professional company thanks to all who were involved and continue to do so...cheers Jo :)

My dad passed away suddenly at home aged 63 years, it was George Brookes who had done my grandma's funeral many years ago therefore it was a no brainer to ask them to take care of my dad. From the get go, all the staff went above and beyond to care for my dad and my family. Nothing was too much trouble. My dad was in their care for 29 days, and I honestly couldn't have asked for better care. I felt he was safe and well looked after. I would ask how my dad was doing, and they would go and talk to him for me, which sounds really daft but it was the most reassuring thing. Staff were attentive, communicated when needed and so reassuring. They kindly sorted all the venue and catering for after the funeral, and the caterer was really good and reasonably priced. Lavender Hill did our flowers, and they were beautiful. I cannot thank Judith, Helen and all the team for providing care for my dad, and treating him like their family member and helping us throughout this traumatic time. Words cannot ...  describe how grateful we are, and how wonderful each and every staff member is. Thank you for all your support and kindness, we are eternally grateful for the gold standard of care you provided. Thanks again, Gilly King (daughter) more

Due to puttin the wrong body in the chapel for my loved ones to see and spelling age wrong on my grandmas ashes other than that everything was perfect Helen was amazing service was amazing too if it wasn’t for these things I would of scored excellent
