Excellent service from start to finish of the process. They are very professional but also have the human touch which you need at the difficult time. They listen to what you would like and steer you in the right direction. They keep in touch up to the day of funeral and also follow up after. Would highly recommend.

It was Ruby's wish to enlist staff at George Brooke Ltd for her funeral as she had heard so many good things about Judith and Helen from my father, Trevor, who had assisted in many funerals in the past. Karen and Fiona would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at George Brooke Ltd for the fantastic support that they have given us since Mum passed away. We have been looked after with great compassion by genuinely caring and sincere staff. Beforehand, and on the day itself, everything was extremely well organised and planned to the finest detail, resulting in a beautiful Thanksgiving Service for Ruby. A follow-up conversation from Reception on the following day was also lovely to receive. All our requirements were fulfilled, just as Mum would have wanted, and we would strongly recommend George Brooke Ltd to anyone who sadly loses a loved one in future and wants to lay them to rest in the knowledge that they will be looked after and in very good hands.
