Consummate professionals. My Father in Law's funeral was handled with the utmost respect and care regardless of the unprecedented times the world finds itself in at the moment. Our service was held in the chapel at the funeral home. This was a lovely, peaceful place which provided much needed comfort and an opportunity to say goodbye with dignity.

The service received from Andrew Box and the whole team has been supurb. My father died during the coronavirus lockdown on 15th April, making his death even more difficult to deal with but Andrew was professional at all times and made this difficult time more bearable for us. Efficient, caring and nothing too much trouble, Andrew made sure that we were looked after and supported throughout. I would highly recommend Eric Box Funeral Directors. The attention to detail, compassion, professionalism and respect shown by everyone at Eric Box, before, during and after the ceremony were absolutely wonderful.
We always felt in control and Edward (who was our chief contact throughout) was adaptable, flexible and - at a time of great personal anguish - approachable. I cannot recommend highly enough - we felt the most important people in the world. Also, great to see that a funeral director has a good sense of humour, which Edward used to make Mum in particular feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything you did to give our Dad a brilliant send-off.

Edward Box and his staff did a wonderful job arranging my mums funeral and especially went above and beyond considering we live overseas and there’s a time difference. He was very attentive to our needs and listened carefully so my mums wishes were followed. He made himself available at any time and communicated all the details by phone and email to make things go smoothly. We were so happy that the service went so well and everything happened just as Edward said it would. During a time when it’s sometimes difficult to make decisions and final arrangements he helped us through everything and no detail was missed.

Although a review to write abiut the arrangements for a funeral for a your husband is so difficult, however I must continue.

To have the kind of reassurance of a professional and caring team woul be the usual. ..my experience was beyond the usual.

Without rhe continuous personal and I feel a genuine care and support, I do not feel I would have felt assured in myself, that my husband was given the service that I truly wanted for him.

Everyone went above and beyond in assuring and supporting myself and family, right from the very first phone call throughout this difficult time.

The service we received was excellent. Everyone involved were very caring. Nothing too much trouble. It was a sensitive and caring service provided to all our family at a very painful time. We had the funeral service in the beautiful chapel and refreshments also served on the premises in a lovely room, all set out for us. All those attending expressed their satisfaction with how everything went so smoothly. We all look back on that day with warmth and in many ways with feelings of joy and thankfulness that our last farewell to our beloved aunt had been what she would have wanted.Thank you to everyone concerned for helping make this a memorable occasions for all of us.
