Everything that we requested was done in a calm and orderly manner. The service went as planned and the guests were well impressed. We have collected the ashes and are glad that the event was completed to peoples satisfaction.

We found the funeral director very helpful, and dealt with this very emotional time with sympathy. However there was a problem, I believe with head office, in finding the plan for my Mum, it took a few weeks to resolve and in the end I rang head office myself after not getting anywhere. They found the plan and then I asked them to confirm this with the funeral director to confirm. This did cause a lot of unnecessary stress but don't believe it was the fault of the local funeral director. All in all the funeral went beautifully and just how my Mum would have wanted it.
