Can't fault this team. They were with us every step of the way, and the service went off without a hitch. My Dad's own particular circumstances were difficult, but Megan, Tony and the team did a fantastic job in the circumstances. He had a great send-off, in large part due to the work of this team. Thank you ever so much.

Thank you. Only improvement would be the rules around the crematorium re the number of people allowed to enter the back room. We would have liked more than the 1 person that was allowed

Megan was brilliant from start to finish. She put us at ease straight away. Obviously it's a very stressful and upsetting time but the whole process was dealt with so well I felt Megan took away a lot of the worries and questions we had. She kept us updated all of the time and always made a point of telling me that she was just a phone call away should we need anything.

Tony Vogel met with myself and my three brothers to make the funeral arrangements and was excellent. He explained everything clearly and guided us through the whole process. He suggested the Celebrant and even re-arranged things slightly to enable us to have a Celebrant we all knew and who knew my late mother ! Kevin Mitchell was the Celebrant and he made the Service very relevant and personal. We wanted a low key Service and Cooper's accommodated all our wishes. Thank you.
