David was exceptional from start to finish. He was kind & compassionate but also had just the right amount of humour too. Nothing was too much trouble and if he wasn't available another member of staff could always answer my queries.
We all felt that we, and my mum who had died, were treated with the utmost dignity & respect.

The staff at H.H Birch, Nab Wood, provided an exceptional level of customer service and genuine compassion throughout the planning and delivery of my father's funeral. I cannot thank them enough, especially David and Belinda, who have not only provided an uncomplicated service, but have treat my father with dignity, respect and care and have extended genuine sympathy and support to myself and all of my family throughout this extremely difficult time. All of the staff at the branch have been friendly, welcoming and tactfully informative during every interaction and have promptly kept me up to date with any necessary information. Belinda, Thank you for looking after Dad and giving him the send-off he deserved. From the moment you took him into “your care”, to driving him and us to the final event, it was done with dignity and professionalism. I cannot thank you enough.  Dealing with the same person throughout made it much easier for us to know that everything was always being taken care of.    We're now learning to live without dad, however, we will never forget your support.

From the very first conversation with H H Birch Funeral Services we all felt cared for and compassion. Right from the start both David and Belinda were a true support to me and my family following the death of my mum.  David kindly and patiently explained all the procedures of what we were to expect on the day.  He also explained the different things we needed to organise, such as flowers for the coffin and where to get them.  He also explained how my mum would be laid to rest and confirmed she would be wearing the outfit we chose.  David also helped us organise the registering of our mums death and how to go about it.
We had arranged the Webcast  for one month and that has been wonderful.  Many of our friends couldn’t make the actual funeral, so to have them see the service at the Crematorium via the webcast has been a great bonus.

From start to finish Belinda was efficient, sympathetic & caring all at the same time and could not do enough to help us. She explained the process step by step and did not rush us in any way. On the day of the funeral Belinda and all the funeral directors were friendly and respectful.

This is the first time I've had to use a Funeral Directors, and my experience wasn't the best. Whilst the people at Birches were lovely, the process was poor. There were issues that I felt shouldn't have been down to me to sort out at such an emotional time, I was told the day before that the coffin we chose was unavailable, only to find out on the day that it was. I was then asked to pay for photos in the Order Of Service that I had not been notified of at the time of arranging. I then had to chase up several times to collect my dad's ashes, and finally got them 2 weeks later. They didn't have a clue! But the day actually went well, thank goodness.

Very pleased with the service from our first telephone call to the planning of the funeral and the actual ceremony at Nab Wood.We were not rushed all when decisions had to be made and we were very pleased to be introduced to Lara who helped us with putting our thoughts into words. H. H. Birch Funeralcare arranged the funeral of my sister. I was very happy with the packages available and how easy it was to organise. One initial meeting where all options were discussed and the basics were outlined. The finer details were confirmed over the phone or by email as we decided on what we wanted.

On the day everything went smoothly and exactly to plan which is the ultimate goal I guess.

Everybody I dealt with was really kind, helpful and accommodating so would highly recommend H. H. Birch to anybody in need of their services.
