Belinda and Jo were absolutely fantastic the whole way through sorting out my dads funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, they were kind, showed empathy and were light hearted, they made the experience feel a lot less daunting than it was.

If in the unfortunate event I have to use a service like this again, I wouldn't hesitate to be a returning customer.

I can't thank them enough.

Andrew looked after us well from the first meeting and during the lead up to Dad’s funeral, giving us regular welfare calls and liaising with the coroner’s office for us, so that he could bring Dad into his care as soon as he could. Belinda looked after us all very well during the church service and cremation so everything went smoothly. Chris drove us safely to each venue, showing courtesy along the way.We really appreciate the support and respect you showed us throughout a very emotional time, thanks go to the whole team.

Belinda Mason was wonderful to work with. She hit the perfect note and was respectful and professional without being gloomy. I found her to be very accommodating of all our requests, helpful in making suggestions and efficient with all the arrangements. I liked the way she spoke of our late mother with friendly familiarity and was so warm and supportive to me and my sisters.
My calls to the office were often handled initially by Emma who was equally lovely. The gentlemen that accompanied Belinda on the day of the funeral were great. The limo driver was especially warm and helpful to my sister's family.
Overall would recommend this team for helping you through a difficult time and managing to create something uplifting out of sadness.

Being my first funeral I’ve had to  arrange for my beloved mum. Making the first call to H.H Birch made it so easy.The empathy & understanding from the ladies in the office was amazing, it was like someone taking your hand & guiding you with the information as to what to do.I found all the staff in the office & the drivers very polite & friendly.Nothing was too much bother to them. It definitely helps having someone always available with any advice needed at such a sad time. Many thanks.xx
