I received sensitive and really helpful service from Coop Funeralcare, Goring Road, Worthing. All aspects of the preparation were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The funeral service itself was extremely well conducted, including a webcast for those who could not attend.

Dear Sir/Madam

From the moment we first arranged an appointment to discuss my mother's funeral arrangements, to the end of the proceedings, your team have been truly amazing.
From the funeral arrangements, which were planned with the support of your staff who kindly liaised with the appointed priest (nothing was too much trouble), to the sensitivity shown to a relative to view the deceased prior to the funeral, to the incredible lengths Arron went to - both the evening before and on the day with supportive phone calls and arrangements during the funeral. We can only say a massive thankyou!
As it was the day of hurricane Eunice with roads closed and even a tree down across the cemetery entrance - nothing phased your staff who went well beyond the call of duty to help us and reassure us.
The funeral went so well and was a wonderful tribute to my late mother.

We cannot express fully the gratitude we have for the wonderful care and attention we received through this difficult time. Rebecca was just fantastically kind and helpful, she and Amie were always there to help, nothing too much for them. Aaron was so kind and professional when we met at the crematorium and his team delivered a wonderfully respectful and solemn service to us. Amie was able to organise the church service that I wanted to have for my mother, despite it being so close to Christmas, for which I am extremely grateful. Both Amie and Rebecca kept me fully informed and were sympathetic and supportive at all times. On the day Ruth carried out her duties with respect and professionalism. I would like to thank all the staff involved with my mother's funeral for ensuring it was the service she wanted.

Aime and the team were so respectful and understanding of our wishes and made such a difficult time for our family bearable and as stress free as possible.
