I cannot praise Rebecca from your company who I spoke to a couple of months before my husband died. She was wonderful then and when my husband finally passed away, she could not have been kinder or more helpful. I look on her as a very good friend as she has been in contact with me the whole time, before and after the cremation. John only wanted a basic cremation, his wish, but the service you provided and care given was if I had had the most expensive funeral. It made the whole process so much easier to cope with. Thank you all.

Lots of mistakes and errors such as names, ages at the time of death, wrong paperwork, wouldn’t recommend sadly
