Very good service from the first meeting right up to the funeral. The team were always available to help, answered questions promptly and on the day of the funeral everything went to plan - which is exactly what you want at this stressful time.

Kirsty our funeral arranger was so helpful , nothing was too much trouble.
The day before , Ruth our funeral director telephoned to confirm all the arrangements for the funeral service, and again nothing was too much trouble.
Mum was treated with dignity & respect and as a family we were extremely happy with all the arrangements and the service that F A Holland provided . Sincere thanks once again to all staff concerned

The Team were fantastic. Ours was a very small family funeral for my dad snd I cannot thank everyone enough. From start to finish everything was explained to us and great care, sensitivity and respect was shown by all. Brilliant service. Thank you all so very much.

Efficient and courteous. Dealt with a few people as over the Christmas period so some were off at different times. On the day they provided an unobtrusive and caring service. In hindsight we should have planned in 10 minutes or so at the church to speak with members of the congregation before we went to the crematorium where we ended up having to sit in the car for 15 minutes while we waited for our slot.
