She made the process as painless as possible and her professionalism could not be faulted. She also took charge on the day of my husbands funeral and it all went very smoothly. Many thanks to all involved .

Although the funeral was pre paid the service I had from the Rustington branch being Kirsty she was so helpful in bringing everything together. Not having much knowledge of arranging a funeral although the funeral plan did help there were other things to do. I was put in touch with a lovely Celebrant who helped me with the service, which wasn’t easy as the lady was 96 a very private person, so her early life was lost to us.  The Holland’s team headed by Ruth arrived to take us to the crematorium where we had arranged to meet the hearse and followed it in. Everything ran smoothly and we said our goodbyes. Thank you to the whole team at F A Holland (Co-Op Funeral Service) .

We were shocked after my FIL’s unexpected passing and then had covid on top. So everything had to be done remotely, Kirsty was absolutely amazing, we felt looked after and guided through a process we were unfamiliar with at a difficult time.  The service was conducted by David Harland who was wonderful and Malcolm made sure it went smoothly.

From the minute I walked in the door the kindness and compassion I received was absolutely amazing i was kept updated on everything, nothing was to much trouble, the chapel visits even though they were late in the day we wasn’t made to feel rushed, I can never thank them enough for the way they looked after my husband.

Right from the very first contact with Kirsty, she was a great help and guide through the process of saying good-bye to my mother. She was extremely professional and did not need to be asked twice to carry out any task.
On the day, Ruth and her team acted with dignity and solemnity, which befitted the occasion.  However she was extremely easy to talk to before the service, which ensured that everything passed off well.
